A lot of your employees are GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Some (roughly 15-20%) are TERRIBLE!! Terribly rude, not to mention those employees think NOTHING about “talking trash” about THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR!! 😳 although we have used Comet Cleaners since moving to SA, honestly, the rude “talking” just seems to have become worse as they talk IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS!! Well within earshot!!!

After having multiple notes added to my account instructing NOT to crease my pants I still had my new $97 Banana Republic tan chinos creased. This is the 3 rd time this has happened. Way too pricey for police uniforms!!!
We asked for starch on the shirt. No starch and shirt is wrinkled. Very disappointed. Never had this issue with you all before on my clothing.

You have misplaced some of my shirts so my services has not been fulfilled yet.
I bought a blouse at a boutique store, took it to Comet for the first time, blouse came back fm Comet cleaners ripped in 4 areas. Blouse was sent back to be fix. The blouse has been back and forth w/o being repaired 4 times already! I paid 60.00 dollars for blouse and I’m very disappointed that this happened. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have blouse back. By the way ppl behind the desk are very nice. Mary Brown 210-6838369
Drop three pieces of cloth. My coat jacket left side flap was folded wrong and to steam it to get it back in place. and the long sleeve shirt had rankle lines so had to iron it at home. other then that the cleaning job was OK. Not sure if ill go back. Mr. Perez
