Rarely, in the many years that we have been doing business with Comet Cleaner has (if ever!) there been an issue! In fact, as I’m writing this, I’m truly not sure if we have!! There is an employee named Woody at the Comet we frequent and she’s just a wonderful person to have interaction with!

I did not receive my $ 10 off for the coupon I provided at drop off. Several of my items were poorly pressed. Price is extremely high for this type of service.

Let me start off by saying the staff at the Alamo Ranch location is great. They're always very friendly and willing to listen to any complaint. The problem I have is with whoever does the work behind the scene. I travel a lot, so unless I'm pressed for time, I'd preferto iron my own shirts. When I do take the to Comet to have them laundered and pressed with startch, I usually have to redo them at home. The sleeves and body of the shirts usually return wrinkled. I love this Comet Cleaners but when I picked up my garments last time, I was overcharged and there was not a sense of urgency to get me a credit. Very frustrating.
