My white pants came back with a gray tint to them. This is first time this has ever occurred. I did not notice this until I took off plastic bag cover at home. 😔

I took my usual 👔 shirts for laundry and somebody decides to put 2 for dry cleaning, I called later after 2 hours explaining that none of them need dry cleaning that in the past several times had been laundry and were perfect and she said it was too late and that she couldn’t do anything . I do believed that it was not my fault so I wont be paying for the extra charges

I dropped off one pleated skirt to have minor wrinkles pressed out. The desk staff has been pleasant throughout my visits for my one item. My first trip to pick up was met with a press job that I could have done better - having no experience or tools for ironing or pressing. I was told it would go back in a "manager bag" and would be done right. I've come back for my second time and while much improved, still received pleats of varying widths. I put shirts in to get stains out and all of my shirts came back with the same stains. I understand not all stains come out but every stain was still there.

I always ask for button up shirts to heavy starch and sleeves creased. It seems to never happen, shirts are ironed but not starched or creased.

There is a note under my account for my military uniforms with chevrons on the sleeves. The past 5 encounters they have come back with the crease not down the center and starch seems non-existent. 3/5 times I’ve sent it back and the other two i just deal with it. I like the drive through ability but that’s it. It’s not hard to do this right
