I had been going to Comet for a few years. I am changing due to continued not following my request/instructions. It has happened in 2 stores including the one on Bandera Road.. They always blame the “other “ person! But they never tell me how they will correct! My ticket has instructions but they are not read! What good is it. When I make mention to physically put instructions on clothes, they look at me like “how dare you doubt us”! The lady Chrystal was kinda short with me but okay. I even brought in a pile of hangers and when I pulled away she was walking out the back door and threw them in the dumpster. Not sure why she said y’all recycle if she was going to just trash them.

I picked my order and gave the employee a 25% off coupon. Not only was it not applied but it was also more than what was quoted in the email that was sent to tell me my order was ready.
The timeline was as promised however I noticed my black shirt had dried starch spots on it. It very embarrassing as this is a shirt that has my company’s logo on it. I don’t know if I will be using this location again.
Wool/cashmere men’s topcoat got badly affected by mold from a busted pipe in my house. Your service did a great job removing the mold. Thank you!
I had specifically asked that the back shirt collars be ironed down so as to cover the lining underneath. 3 of the 9 shirts had the lining exposed as the collar was not pulled down when ironed. This was my first visit to Comet and I had hoped for better results with the collars. Additionally, I received a call before the shirts were ready, that the tenth shirt has been split or torn and I was asked, should an attempt be made to fix it. Took an ivory jumpsuit just to get cleaned and steamed when I picked it up it was ruined it had blue stains everywhere and it was for my wedding that day I picked it up. I just wished they had inspected this item before
Since I am new to the area, your location was the closest and most convenient, however thought it pricey.
