Older lady who took my cloth initially, was rude the whole time!! Thought she was just having a bad day that day but came back 2 days after to pick up my cloth, and saw her on the computer close to the wall and still was her rude self. I am a pilot and this is the first time I have taken my uniform shirts to serviced at your facility on Culebra outside of 1604. I asked for medium starch. Barely any starch on the front of the shirts. I inquired about getting my shirts folded. I asked about this because I know have to commute to work and I wanted my shirts to be professionally cleaned, starched and folded. They were not folded at all. Now I have to fold them and I can tell that they are going to look horrible when I unpack them. UNSATISFIED!!!
I went to pick up my clothes yesterday unfortunately I left the ticket at home. The clerk could not find me by my phone number ( it was registered under another person name ) they finally find me by name and gave me one piece a bottom shirt that I left for laundry and they charged me dry cleaning instead because they said they have to dry cleaning because the size of the shirt ( I m a medium size) really don’t understand how they decided to do a service that I didn’t require. Overly priced for wrinkles still in my husbands uniform. Then the lady at the front “helping” me was so rude.
11 shirts were fine except, I specifically request that the back of the collars be ironed to cover the lining, but 3 of the 11 had the lining showing.
Since payment is not requested until the service is completed, an estimate should be provided so customers can make an informed choice as to whether they want to go through with the purchase.

Shirts are wrinkled... they have creases; I’ve had a shirt missing since last April and no one can tell me where it went and what will happen next... horrible!!!
I had pick my dry clean and forgot my HEB 30% discount! I went back to get adjustment and the manager said that couldn’t be done! Well in hard times it would have been a nice jester!
