Shirts were nice, shorts like a board, doesn't get better than that.
The 2 items I dropped off to be cleaned both came back to me with the stains I had left them with. I will be bringing them back this week to ask them to try again for complete satisfaction
I wasnt told about fees and was surprised by the bill at pick up. Partly my fault for not asking but there should be some responsibility of awareness to the customer. I just chose the first name on the list. I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me. She was nice but as I stated I should have been made aware of fees.
For the 5 years I have been coming there, not once has my information been correct in the system. I have had my information put into the system countless times, and time and time again this happens. Which causes me to wait to get my clothes because they are under another's name and address. Luckily my clothes are always found in the store, however it takes time. Nonetheless, this causes me to worry that my clothes could potentially have gone to someone else.
I asked how much it was to wash the clothes and I was told I will know when it’s ready on the app, by the time I checked the app later, I realized that I was charged over $12 for each dress, honestly if I was told the price I would never have washed that many dresses, due to this my family budget was overshot.
First time using the service and ruined one of my favorite shirts. Got a call that I could receive credit for the shirt but it most likely will not be used.
Ok that it was going to take 4 days to wash a mattress cover. The stain came out was great. However once I got it home and opened the wrapping one of the corner pockets had gotten shreaded during the cleaning process and does not now fit. I should have examined the the item prior to my leaving the store.
The staff was very friendly, quick, and organized. We don't dry clean often. But I was hoping to have all lent removed from a suit and jacket. However, they both had white specs on them. I had to lent roll before even wearing it. Not sure if this is "usual" but I would have cleaned them myself if I knew I had to still lent roll.
I dropped off a single dress to be dry cleaned and a garment to be pressed only. I was told it would be ready the following day at 5:30. I returned 2 days later around 6pm and was told it my pressed garment was ready but the dress was at another location. You shouldn’t promise things will be ready at a certain time if you can’t deliver, especially when I gave an extra day. Luckily I didn’t need it until a few days later. It was way too expensive to not have good service. I won’t be returning.
