We bag drop in the Shute, and this visit there were 3 shirts that came back with stains on the shirt front. 2 were yellow tagged. Grease stains should have been easy to treat. All 3 shirts were taken back for retreating. It is an inconvenience, not a crisis. Still, would like to see the QA step improved.
I stopped for going for long for poor service I was receiving on clothes. So I figured since I was going on a trip I’d give it another go. 👎🏼 nope had to leave a shirt behind and none of my dresses looked cleaned as a matter of fact Wrinkled. Sorry I pretty much say I will be finding somewhere else for my clothes.
I forgot about my clothes and was reminded I had not picked it up
I was going on a trip to Orlando and ask if Comet steam clean hat's to take on this trip I was told yes. When I went back to pick up my order I was told they the hat was not done because I did not sign a form, I was never asked to sign a form. long story short I did not get the service I ask for. Please Train your associate the correct procedure for future orders. If I have to sign a waiver and not hold Comet responsible for the outcome. I will.
There was hardly any starch on the shirts when I request heavy starch. Noticeable wrinkles in Blues uniforms which is bad! Also, instead of keeping the pressed line on stripes, you made new ones which made the sleeves look awful.

I was disappointed that I had to make a second trip Wednesday morning to get my clothes. I dropped them off about 8:00 Tuesday morning and told I could get them after 6 that evening. We were leaving town Wednesday morning. I did get my clothes Wednesday morning, but had to rework my schedule.

I dropped off drapes for alterations that your facility could not complete. However, when my son picked up my drapes and fabric, everything was balled up and rumpled. I had each item neatly folded when I left it at your store. I was very disappointed that my property was treated so carelessly.
