The cashier was sweeping my wrap on the floor when she was bring it out from the back. The fringe is twirled together and missing in some spots. This is new and never been worn.

I was told it would be ready a certain day by 6p and the store closes at 7p. I had to time it to make sure the store did not close on me and when I got there my garment was not there. I had to make another trip the next day.

We brought in two blankets which were dry cleaned. There is a chemical oder. We wanted them washed in a washer as that eliminates the oder. It was probably a miscommunication but if that option isn't available please let me know. Thanks

I waited 15 minutes in the drive through waiting to pick up. It looked like one person working the drive through and walk in customers. Tooo long to wait.
My dress shirts are never wrinkle free. I always find several shirts that have white residue on them so I have to thoroughly inspect before leaving the store. I’m looking for a new place to go.
