One of my blouses was not completely ironed & had wrinkles in other areas. Seems like it was fit to snug or tight on the rack. But store agreed to redo without charging me again which is the way it should be. They did the right thing
I asked for extra starch and creased Sleeves . Did not Happen . On all 4 Dress Shirts Disappointed

I have been using you guys since we moved to Del Webb and that was your first site on Culebra and when you open the second one on Alamo Ranch I switch because I didn’t have to go across. I have had a couple of incidents where you lost a couple of shirts but you compensated me for them and so I guessed that’s not so bad. I have been a customer since 2007.
The people were very nice and the place is super convenient BUT it cost me $15 to get two items cleaned. Both of which were purchased from Old Navy. They had a sign in the window advertising $1.49 per item. I thought they were like a Zips back on the East Coast where every item was $1.49 but not even close.
I was told that me cleaning would be ready after 3:30 and I would receive email. Did not receive email and clothes were not ready.
Pants were perfect, unfortunately my shirts were horrible. This is the first time I have been here as I’m new to the area. I will be searching for another cleaners. My shirts looked like they were half done my lines were all off and one of the 10 shirts had a broken button on the collar.
