Counter service was very short with me. Asked for Extra heavy starch and received no starch at all. Returned to store for pants to be redone. Will not be returning to Culebra location.
My sweatshirts were folded over on hanger when I requested they be hung on hanger. Also, my wash and fold was lost. I had to come back to store 3 times until it was located. The general manager made it right and refunded money.
Having to bring shirts back to be properly ironed on a regular basis is a real pain! Why would I even have to deal with dog ear collars if you really have quality control process in place? I’m moving on.
All 3 dress pants was ironed on the wrong crease line and one dressed pants were wrinkled.
I requested medium starch on 2 shirts and 1 jeans, but light starch was used. Disappointed.
Had a black button down shirt laundered and starched for a funeral. Upon removing it from the bag, saw big white splotches across the front, making it look dirty. Not sure how it was unnoticed by your employees before handing it over to me.
First time dropping my dry cleaning here and I wasn’t fond of it. When you drop off dry cleaning they should be able to tell you how much it will cost to pick it up. I only left two items a jacket and a skirt. It seemed like a no-brainer to me. Both articles were only worn once.
Really disappointed in my check out service. I specifically asked which was the better value for me using HEB coupon or my military discount. She told me the HEB coupon.and I left it at that. When I returned home I did the math and found out that she was very wrong and I lost a good bit of change. I don’t think she even took the time to even check it for me. Bad customer service.
I took in a dress on Friday morning and was told it would be ready Saturday at 3:30pm. When I went to pick it up after 3:30pm on Saturday I was told my dress wasn’t even there and I would have to pick it up elsewhere. FYI I needed my dress for Sunday. I already had other plans and could not pick up my dress at the other location plus I don’t think I should have been inconvenienced and asked to pick up my dress somewhere else.
