I’ve already talked to a manager and didn’t feel like I got the response a paying customer deserved so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere…
I never received my complete dry cleaning several months back. I stopped in several times to discuss with the manager. To this date no one, I mean absolutely no one has called me back to discuss my missing items and compensation form these items. The customer service is just poor, very poor. I dropped off at night box, haven’t been there for a while because The inconsistency of your starch. My Bag tag clearly stated light starch on both. Which for some reason your light starch usually means no storage at all. Anyway I received my pants and they all are heavy starch. Which is aggravating. Every other cleaners don’t have this issue. Your using heat instead of various levels of starch.
Inhad forgotten my wallet. They let me have my clothes and said I could pay for it on my next visit. I thought that was great.
My collars are wrinkled. The purpose of dry cleaning is to make it easier for me. I have to iron it and fix the mistake I paid for.
Had 6 shirts laundered. 3 had to be redone because the collars were poorly pressed. ( back of collar was folded over and pressed in such a way that there was a half inch gap between the collar and the shirt shoulder)
Received pants with no starch.
Received my comforter back and it was completely damp. Didn’t notice until I got home to remove it from the bag.
