Took two blue shirts and one pair black pants. Paid for two shirts and one pair pants and came back with one pair pants and one shirt. Ridiculous!!!!!

Asked for military creases on uniforms and got back only one fully done. Not sure if it was laziness or what but not going back because paid for all to get done and got one done.

I’ve been trying to get my work pants dry cleaned and the creases are wrong every time for the past two weeks. My wife has a brand new blazer and it has been redone twice and comes back wrinkle every time. My pants has a permanent crease. I’ve complained several times. The manager at the Alamo Ranch location is very nice but it is inconvenient for me to keep coming to get no clothes. I might have to look for a new cleaners. I have been a faithful customer to Comet Cleaners for over 10years.

Every time I go I hope to see Angela! She professional, kind, and Probably the best associate you have working for your company. I will continue to use Comet Clears because of her.
