Dropped off in drive through door, asked for heavy starch and no creases. Received receipt and my wife asked again to ensure heavy starch no creases, the rude lady said yes it’s in the system. Looked at the receipt as we drove around the building and it did not reflect what was asked so I went physically this time in the building. Not the best this time. My instructions were not followed. I always specify: cold water wash and air dry. I was told the pants were dry cleaned and not air dried. Every time I bring in pants I specify: 1. Cold water wash 2. Air dry 3. No starch 4. No crease. Someone made a decision not to follow the first two.

I dropped off my laundry 12 slacks to be dry cleaned on 10/3/23 for pick up 10/5/23. I received an email stating that my laundry was ready and the balance was $60.53. Upon arriving to the drive through I pulled up my coupon for my $10 off a bill of more than $20.00. Clearly my bill was well over $20.00. The young man said that he gave me the credit, I do not see the how if my bill was $60.53, I should have only paid $50.53. Almost 18 dollars for 4 cotton dress shirts. I won’t be going back or be recommending comet cleaners.

i have been over charged for laundry. it was about 20.00. i i was to have someone call me and no one has. this has been an over charge charge for awhile now. i had 22 shirts at a 2.79 each. then i was charged 88.00? not happy that i didn’t check before.

It was supposed to be ready on the 5th on July. Went and it wasn’t ready and there was no communication whatsoever. Made me waste gas and time. Employee said the manager would contact me and never did.
