A tab that I expected to be around $30. turned out to be over $50. I've been a customer for many years but I might have to start washing & ironing my shirts. That is a big jump in price.
Tops came back folded with lots of wrinkles I called and was told to bring them back for a redo
Had a shirt come back with out a button did not wear it took it back and was going to have button put on went to pick up the shirt it could not be processed because of wear and tear, it didn’t get any wear and tear sure would of liked button put on . And got a pair of jeans that have two seams down the front about a quarter of a inch between them so a can’t wear them I hope y’all enjoyed my business because your not getting any more

I cashed in a $10 anniversary coupon for the cleaning of 3 sport coats. They weren't even dirty but I thought that they would come back pressed and looking crisp. Instead,
The lady was very rude, she wouldn't let me ask the question I was there to ask all she kept saying was after 6, after 6. I returned after 6 and customer service was still rude.
Drop of fairly new shits and I get them back with broken buttons. Price increase with no upfront notice
Out of 5 pieces only one was starched and pressed well
I took three shirts and for laundry, all shirts had directions on them for laundering. They dry clean one of my shirts because they said it could not be laundered even though the directions said OK to wash and dry and nothing about dry cleaning. It is my second time having this issue with this location. Yet when I take it to the location on Bandera I have no issues, with the same shirt.
