Price was to high -- advertisement on window had price for Tuesday's only. It would have been customer focused if the person at the desk told the customer the price for cleaning when garmet was turned into be cleaned. I will never go to this cleaners ever again

I was told that my jumper would be looked over for spots and stains and I would be contacted (This did not happen). I was contacted ONLY to be told my jumper had not gone out on time and would be arriving later than the rest of my garments. When I arrived to pickup my items up I was not informed that there were still stains in my jumper. When I realized it I had already arrived at home. While my clothes are clean, I was shocked by the price. When I dropped my three items off, no one told me it was going to be $30. I feel like i should’ve been given a quote first. Oh well. The dress wasn’t worth the $16 to clean because it only cost $30.
We brought in women's pants to be altered. We brought in the pants and the individual at the location didn't know how to measure for alterations. We measured with a metal measuring tape (which was all they had) and turned them in. When we got them back. They didn't seem to be altered at all. We will have to go somewhere else and have them done professionally. Not going back.
The charges for shorts was more expensive then for a pair of slacks. You are convent but way over priced.
Dropped off a pair of curtains (96×82) to be cleaned and when I got them back and hung them I noticed in several places threads had been pulled, very noticeable. Not too happy to pay almost $45 and get them back in this condition
