ALTERATIONS ARE HORRIBLE! First time I've used them do alterations, in the past I've always been happy with their cleaning and pressing. First, I was originally quoted a price of $10 per pair of pants to let hem out 1 inch per 3 pair of slacks. Second, I told counter staff if they could not hem them where a prior hem lined could be seen, then DO NOT hem them. She appeared to understand the request as I mentioned it to her TWICE. Brought gym sneakers in to get cleaned and they looked like they were literally not even touched. Worst Cleaners experience I have ever had.

In the past few months, the home delivery has been poor. On more than one occasion, belts/slashes have been missing from the order. Yesterday there were dead leaves in the CC shopping bag with our sweaters! I have no idea where dead leaves came from

Firstly, I love the staff at my location. Cecelia, Tammie and Mike. They have tried their best in resolving this. Issue is folding of French cuff. This falls on the central location where actually services are rendered. I don’t care if I am being charged extra and I still don’t get the service requested. For the last one year, every time I get my shirts, the cuffs are left open and not folded. This is obviously not an unusual service, but somehow CC cannot get this service corrected. I think local staff is at a loss as well.... read more

I had requested 8 shirts to be laundered. Price in window; $2.89 per shirt. Expecting a bill of $2.89 x 8 = $ 23.12 + tax. I was stunned to be presented a bill: $49.00 ! Clerk explained extra care needed for 2 shirts with fabric requiring cleaning. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS when I took shirts in. Had I been given courtesy of full information, I would have elected option of launder only, no special cleaning. See my letter to Classic Cleaners customer service. Yes... I received (and paid for) someone else’s dry-cleaned shirt. I returned this shirt, and I was told they will check to see if my shirt was misplaced. Feedback was promised, but no word two weeks later. So, no refund for paying to clean someone else’s shirt, potentially one lost shirt, and inconvenience. I deserve more considering I’ve been spending roughly $500-$1000 / yr on your services.

First of all why would you send me a coupon after I drop off my items for dry cleaning then I can’t use it when I pick up my items??? That is the dumbest policy ever and I will not use your cleaners ever again in my life! I will pass this info on to my friends and family!!!
