Had wool vest and down gloves dry cleaned. Appreciate you being a “green” dry cleaner and clothing not smelling like dry cleaning fluid. Why do you automatically charge the cleaning to a customer’s credit card on file?
I have been coming to Classic Cleaners for twenty (20) years, and I love my Counter Sales Personnel, sadly, we have been unable to communicate to the Press Personnel what is meant by heavy starch, consequently, when I presume to return an order of limp collared shirts, the Press Personnel punish me by delivering shirts with collars so stiff that they cannot be buttoned.
E-mail was entered incorrectly along with the telephone number. Did not find the experience pleasant at any level. Much room for customer service improvement.
Go to the local mom and pop cleaner! This place does not care for the customer!!
I dropped my purse off to be reaired along with a shoe that needed to be stretched. When I went to pick them up, I was not told that my purse could not be repaired however the guy up front said “she said she called to let you know”. I asked who she was and he replied the manager. I never received a phone call as “he” stated. Then he acted like he didn’t even care. Just wanted to get me out of there. Not very professional.
Was running behind, driving through Castleton, to drop off several items on Saturday when the store closed at 4 PM. I called to tell her that I would be there at 4 PM or a minute or two after and she waited for me to arrive… Very customer focused and accommodating! Can't say enough about the manager and other employees at this branch!
I brought in 2 lab jackets. Lady at counter said no problem getting ink stains out. I told her if the cleaners did not feel they could remove ink not to clean them at all, did not want to waste my money. She assured me no problem. Picked them up to find none of stains remotely removed. The lady at counter said they never can remove ink.
I have used Classic almost exclusively for well over 25 years. A say "almost" because I have tried other providers several times and the other providers can not match Classics' quality of product, service and, professionalism.
If this review was just about one job I they had it would be this: I had a work sweater that had feather down stuck in it. I told the lady at the front desk that the sweater was clean, but that I just wanted the lint off of it. I picked it up this morning and it looks just AS BAD as I dropped it off. $10.50 for that!!!! Very bad first impression. They shouldn't have charged me and they should just apologize they couldn't de-lint it.
