Moved from a classic cleaners that had lockers so I didn't mind paying a little extra for convenience. No lockers and paying $8.40 for a pair of shorts is crazy. Time to find a new cleaners.

I was never given a price until the day of pick up and they charged me 27.80 for just 4 pieces of clothing! That is ridiculous and it wasn't ready until two days later! Never again will I go there!

I paid to have my clothes cleaned, not for you to alter them by placing a very hard to remove barcode on the inside.
I paid full price for slacks that were supposed to be cleaned on sale for Tuesday. Also I was under the impression that they were going to fix a button for "$3-6" and that it would take a week or so and i left them there for over a week only to pick up the pants not fixed.
I have been dry cleaning suits and clothes since the late 80s and never once have I had to deal with horrible dry cleaning smells like I had to do with my first (and likely ONLY) visit to Classic Cleaners. It's been seven weeks since I picked up my suits from your shop at River & 146th and the horrific smell is STILL in the suits. The ammonia smell was, and to some degree, remains, overwhelming. First using you and supposedly you kept my Shirt cuz you found a stain on it. My Shirt had no stains!!
ALTERATIONS ARE HORRIBLE! First time I've used them do alterations, in the past I've always been happy with their cleaning and pressing. First, I was originally quoted a price of $10 per pair of pants to let hem out 1 inch per 3 pair of slacks. Second, I told counter staff if they could not hem them where a prior hem lined could be seen, then DO NOT hem them. She appeared to understand the request as I mentioned it to her TWICE.
