Your pricing is deceptive: I brought a coupon to your establishment (yup - coupons still work). The price on the coupon was $2.59 for dress shirts. I was charged $3.30 each for my eleven shirts. I mentioned the coupon when I dropped off the shirts and I mentioned it again when I picked them up as the bill was higher than I'd expected. There was no explanation for the price difference. $17.50 to dry clean two pair of slacks is a joke. Won’t go back.
They have failed to honor coupons several times, won’t return calls or emails, and are generally difficult to deal with.
Love the texts alerts of delivery, pick up, and charges
I have a permanent hook affixed to the brick wall next to the front door. I don’t think the driver is aware of this, as he hangs the shirts on a small metal hanger
needed to replace missing 1”x1” boot heel cap on one boot. Sent. Both boots. I guess in order to make it look even they replaced on both boots however I tbought $26 for both ( $13 per boot ) was a bit pricey. Have used other shoe repair places and they were a lot more reasonable. Will continue use your laundry/dry cleaning but am done with your shoe repair service. Thks.
Shirt was not ready on Friday as originally told. Had to come back on Monday to pick it up.
Love the convienece. However, 8/9 pieces in my last order were still dirty at return delivery. Ruined a jacket in another order by ironing the accordian fabric flat. Please take us off your route.
