I have used Classic almost exclusively for well over 25 years. A say "almost" because I have tried other providers several times and the other providers can not match Classics' quality of product, service and, professionalism.
If this review was just about one job I they had it would be this: I had a work sweater that had feather down stuck in it. I told the lady at the front desk that the sweater was clean, but that I just wanted the lint off of it. I picked it up this morning and it looks just AS BAD as I dropped it off. $10.50 for that!!!! Very bad first impression. They shouldn't have charged me and they should just apologize they couldn't de-lint it. Your pricing is deceptive: I brought a coupon to your establishment (yup - coupons still work). The price on the coupon was $2.59 for dress shirts. I was charged $3.30 each for my eleven shirts. I mentioned the coupon when I dropped off the shirts and I mentioned it again when I picked them up as the bill was higher than I'd expected. There was no explanation for the price difference. $17.50 to dry clean two pair of slacks is a joke. Won’t go back.
They have failed to honor coupons several times, won’t return calls or emails, and are generally difficult to deal with.

I have a permanent hook affixed to the brick wall next to the front door. I don’t think the driver is aware of this, as he hangs the shirts on a small metal hanger
needed to replace missing 1”x1” boot heel cap on one boot. Sent. Both boots. I guess in order to make it look even they replaced on both boots however I tbought $26 for both ( $13 per boot ) was a bit pricey. Have used other shoe repair places and they were a lot more reasonable. Will continue use your laundry/dry cleaning but am done with your shoe repair service. Thks.
