Garment came back quick and clean!
We haven't received our first service. It was scheduled for Tuesday. On-line system showed it would be delivered Monday and that it was delivered Wednesday to find out it is still in the factory on Thursday. Then I receive this email asking me how my service was when I haven't even received the items to let you know my feedback on the cleaning. I do have to say everyone is extremely nice and helpful - always happy to assist. We're a new client and I understand things can happen. We'll see how it goes going forth.

The items were clean and well pressed. They were quickly returned.
Everything was great
i was met at the counter with a very cordial reception. The shirts were promised for the following Monday, after 5PM. I did go by on Monday around 2:30 and was pleasantly surprised that they were ready. Only complaint was the cost, as i had been paying 1.69 at another, but further away location.
Very nice, personable staff. Easy check-in. I love that they sent me an email when my clothes were done also.
Great customer service and up front and honest information when I asked questions about the process of having my coat cleaned.
Friendly place. Very professional. Over priced, however. I'm only in town for a week, but I would find another dry cleaner if I was still in town. Also, 2 of my shirts were "dry cleaned" instead of "laundered" because of the tag in the shirt. This has never happened to me before - I was told when I picked up the shirt. These shirts have been "laundered" at least 10-20 times before. Just frustrating because I would have definitely signed the waiver to let you launder them.
