needed to replace missing 1”x1” boot heel cap on one boot. Sent. Both boots. I guess in order to make it look even they replaced on both boots however I tbought $26 for both ( $13 per boot ) was a bit pricey. Have used other shoe repair places and they were a lot more reasonable. Will continue use your laundry/dry cleaning but am done with your shoe repair service. Thks.
Shirt was not ready on Friday as originally told. Had to come back on Monday to pick it up.
Love the convienece. However, 8/9 pieces in my last order were still dirty at return delivery. Ruined a jacket in another order by ironing the accordian fabric flat. Please take us off your route.
Wasn’t the worst. My dress came out nicely. But I dropped it off on Tuesday to get done by Thursday. They said by 5 pm on Thursday it would be done. I get a call on Thursday that it has a security tag on it and they can’t clean it. Fine. I go in and remove it myself that Monday and ask them to go ahead and clean it. They said it would be done on Wednesday. Thursday I go in to pick it up. It’s still out for cleaning. Finally I picked it up on friday morning. Staff was nice and polite but it was just a ridiculous hassle.
Found Classic Cleaners to have the best reviews on Google, so I tried them out. I dropped off a sweater to be dry cleaned and a suit jacket to be pressed with the cuffs folded where I had them. Upon picking up the cuffs were not pressed as requested. The lady also informed me when dropping off they had a special of $2 off on blazers. Once getting home I see I didn’t receive the discount. Overall average experience.
You lost my coat . . . took over a week (from originally-promised pick-up date) to get it back. . . . and yet you made me pay the full price, instead of doing it for free after all the hassle.
Linen was startched when it was never suppose to be laundered or dry cleaned, only button replacement. I was then charged for cleaning and can not get the garment back to its original. I was also told someone would follow up and no one did.
There were 3 shirts of my husbands, I read each label outside before going in. One of them said, “best to dry clean”, so I separated that short from the other two. Told the clerk, “these two launder, this other, dry clean, please”. Upon pickup my total cost was $28.85. They dry cleaned each one and did a “cool iron” on another, that’s what the clerk said.
