When I dropped off my items on 4/23, I asked how much my items might cost to clean and I was quoted $8. When I went to pick up the items on 4/26, I was charged $30 instead of the $8 I had expected. Had I known it would cost me $30 to clean, I probably wouldn't have chosen to get it cleaned. Additionally, there is a charge for designer items which was NOT disclosed to me when I dropped off that item either. I will likely go elsewhere next time I need any dry cleaning done.
Did you guys change the billing from once a month, to daily? I didn't catch on quick enough, but now I'm seeing all these charges for $6.50 hitting my account. What's going on? Did I miss an email or phone call letting me know I would be charged twice a week for $6.50? What's going on? My address is 9939 Parkway Drive, Fishers, IN 46037. I hope we can get this corrected.
As someone who is new to the area, I had heard great things about your company and was excited to try y’all out. I dropped my clothes off, and during the period in which y’all had my clothes, a coupon from your company came in the mail. When I attempted to use it on my order at pickup I was rudely informed that coupons were only honored if they were presented when the clothes were dropped off. I was shocked at the cost of cleaning a queen size bedspread. I will be sure to check your website for pricing before I come back for any other cleaning.
So I decided to try your services, was not pleased. I brought in a brand new uniform shirt, all I wanted was for it to be starched(heavy) and pressed(to include creased sleeves) to have none of it done to expectations. The shirt was dry cleaned and starched without creases. Was also advised that only police and firefighters were given discounts. This was a disappointment also being a civil servant of the community. Nevertheless, the young woman who was there at time of pick up was pleasant.
The new zipper I had put in looks great and I would consider coming back for other services if it wasn't for how tags got put into my dress. Most of my pieces are very old and I do not appreciate holes being put in them just so an identifying tag can be placed with my garment. I'll probably be going elsewhere in the future.
I brought my wool coat in for pocket repairs - both ripped within 1 week - that cost me $30? - it looks like a single row of stitching was put in.
Ryan was great with pick up and delivery. Very friendly. After rolling out carpet, noticed that my whole house smelled like wet dog. The rug smells pretty bad..even with the pet deorderizer. .will have to find another way to clean it.
I was expecting it to be $2-3 per shirt for my Two shirts that I got dry cleaned. I was shocked over $20 to get two shirts cleaned. I will be back
