the sign on the front door is misleading to new clients that says alway open it caused me to waste gas 2 times trying to pick up my order
Let’s start with I recently moved to the area, from the Eastside, I’m a professional mgr at a large furniture store and have everything dry cleaned monthly, I was attracted to this location because it was close and the advertised on their window dress shirts for 2.80 each piece on Tuesday’s / Saturday’s. Your laundering services were much too expensive. Our company was charged more to launder an apron than it would have cost to purchase a new one! So disappointing.
They ruined a shirt. Did NOT read directions customer service rep put in the instructions. Shirt was not cheap. Will NOT recommend Classic Cleaners! You have lost a customer.
I did not ask some of my stuff to be dry cleaned & pressed, I just asked all of them to be washed, dried and folded. You guys decided by yourselves not asking me, what to dry clean and then charged me fo it. I won’t be coming back.
I don't like the smell of the clothes
This was my 1st experience with Classic. I researched cleaners to clean an expensive comforter and selected Classic based on reviews. I'm familiar that comforters may shrink as my family owned a dry cleaner for decades. The counter rep asked me to sign an acknowledgement, but stated she had never had a problem. Imagine my surprise that my king comforter shrunk over 18 inches ==and is not even rectangular anymore! Totally ruined. When I dropped off my items on 4/23, I asked how much my items might cost to clean and I was quoted $8. When I went to pick up the items on 4/26, I was charged $30 instead of the $8 I had expected. Had I known it would cost me $30 to clean, I probably wouldn't have chosen to get it cleaned. Additionally, there is a charge for designer items which was NOT disclosed to me when I dropped off that item either. I will likely go elsewhere next time I need any dry cleaning done.
