Too often items are not returned per my instructions. This happens too often
I had a $5 off coupon and it wasn’t honored because I didn’t present it at the time of drop off. 🤨 What a ridiculous rule. Makes sense to give a coupon when you exchange money.
When I took my garments in it was around 10 am the young lady was not very friendly. I had 1 pair of pants that when cleaned they did not crease them and I told her. When I picked all of my things up I was charged for complete service on tnd she was very pleasant.
First, your location was moved across the street from its original location. Unaware of the move I went to the old location to pick up my order. A sign redirected me to the new location across the street. Getting there was not easy crossing 2 lanes of traffic on a busy street; very inconvenient. I used Tuchman across the street for years and another of their locations prior to that. I paid $2.50 per shirt and closing with a plastic cover was free. I didn’t expect to pay $3.80 per shirt. Tuchman would allow me to submit a coupon upon pick up as well. I was told of a coupon on FB but then told it needed to be applied upon drop off. I told the nice attendant that I won’t be back. Too expensive.
I am never provided a receipt with my Tuesday discount noted. I always have pick up on Tuesday. I need my account audited and verified for receiving discounts and I need the discount applied automatically when the driver picks up on Tuesdays or my service cancelled all together.
The Tuchman's across the street closed. Wished they had closed years ago so I would have found Classic sooner. Maybe you guys should move into their old space and garner a lot of their customers.
