The overcoat shell had many spots over 6 years of wear. They're gone. CC person helping me was conscientious and courteous. Was finished when it was supposed to be.
The girl at the counter was nice but I had a coupon that was not honored. I didn’t realize the small print until I was getting ready to pick up my cleaning that I needed to present the coupon when I dropped off my items. The clerk said she would check with the manager and have her get back to me. That was on 11-30-19 and it is now Tuesday 12-3-19 and I haven’t heard back. I also felt the cleaning was a little over-priced.
I have been visiting Classic Cleaners for several years. I have always been satisfied with the cleaning services and alterations. Congrats on your longevity and “Classic” service!
Greeted promptly upon arrival, garments were taken in, both dry cleaning and shirts to be laundered, was told they would be ready the next afternoon.
When I picked up my shirts I think I was over charged for my them. I don’t think my coupon for 20% was applied. I paid $2.85 for my dress shirts and approximately $10 for my casual silk shirt. When I ask about the 20% discount at pick up time I feel like I was, for lack of a better word, hustled and my question was not answered. Too expensive. Nine dollars to dry clean a pair of pants?
I went there because I had a 25 % coupon off dry cleaning. I was shocked when my bill was $45 for five pieces, after coupon. I think $9.80 is way too much to have a sweater cleaned. My last visit!
