Horrible Experience Down comforter was mangled during cleaning; I filed a claim; claim was honored; I received check for replacement. Although I have a credit on my account (and coupon too), I am banned from using services there again. People were lovely; Lora Smith Manager on College, was not.
Had a coat cleaned that had grease stains from a pizza on the left sleeve and front. Most spots were removed but one spot was missed.
Stains were removed and ready on time!
The lady that met me when I came in for the first time was short with me and I was very impatient. I think her name tag said Her name was Danielle and that she was the manager. I was surprised at her impatience because my daughter has gone there for years and said she really liked the manager. My daughter told me that the manager she liked had retired.
All clothing folded with unperfumed scent. Reusable bags and box. Better for environment.

The overcoat shell had many spots over 6 years of wear. They're gone. CC person helping me was conscientious and courteous. Was finished when it was supposed to be.
The girl at the counter was nice but I had a coupon that was not honored. I didn’t realize the small print until I was getting ready to pick up my cleaning that I needed to present the coupon when I dropped off my items. The clerk said she would check with the manager and have her get back to me. That was on 11-30-19 and it is now Tuesday 12-3-19 and I haven’t heard back. I also felt the cleaning was a little over-priced.
