The location is in a very undesirable area
It’s unfortunate that the N. Gray location couldn’t offer the 20% discount that we received by email, even though we dropped off our items within the dates that are stated on the coupon.
Terrible business practices by Classic Cleaners. There is always some type of hidden extra up charge that is only mentioned when you pick up your items. Coupons are sent to your email or advertised in the store but it’s a trick to get you in. When you try to use it, the staff provide some type of excuse that it’s expired (when it’s still advertised on a poster at the front window of the store) or they it’s only good on a certain day, or it doesn’t apply to the item that you’ve brought into the store. I brought 5 pieces of clothing into the store and specifically asked about the 5 for 5 special; in which the lady behind the desk confirmed that special would be applied. To my surprise when I received message to pick up clothes the total was more than $30. An explanation of why it was not $5 as opposed to $30 was too late at that point since I made sure to clarify and confirm when I dropped off.
On Thursday , my scheduled day , my dry cleaning wasn’t picked up. I dropped it at the nearest location.
I did not process any dry cleaning services with your Westfield location. Why am I getting e-mails? I do use your Geist location.
Overcharged me in five shirts, Saturday special advertised is $2.80 shirt. Also very confused on dry cleaning charge for my wife’s dress. 20% discount was supposed to be extended?
I have been doing business with your establishment for years, I have never complained and never even taken in a coupon. I have paid your prices and spend approx $4000-$5000 per year. We have one item ruined that turned out to be a $350 hoodie of my sons. They kept trying to fix the problem and kept making it worse. My experience is with pick up/delivery at front door. Always the same general time frame. Driver careful with our items and leaves a biscuit at front door. My dog knows when the dry cleaning is there so is a biscuit.
