I have been a long time customer, until recently. When Mike the manager can’t seem to call back a long time customer in regards to a problem it’s very disappointing. Gretchen Luros

I was a long time customer. Periodically my shirts would come back poorly ironed. I expressed my concerns with the manager Mike. Service was fine for a bit, but when a simple cotton shirt came back poorly ironed, and charged me $9.50, I was a little upset. I called Mike again,I left a voicemail, he returned with a voice mail. I left another voicemail along with my concerns. Never heard back Major disappointment. Gretchen Luros

Prices are too high. Two short coats cost me $32.00 to be cleaned. I will not give Classic my business again.

Orange stain on shorts apparently from other items in cleaning load. Sometimes, there is a "dirty" smell on newly cleaned clothing. I wonder if this is from a need to change the cleaning solution more often?
