July 3, 2020 I took a leather, cream color Lupo Tote to be cleaned. There were about 3 spots on my bag and instead of trying spot removal, it made more sense for me to have the entire bag cleaned. The clerk gave me a form to sign like a disclaimer. I paid my deposit and left. August 10th 2020 I returned to pick up my bag and I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. Poor pricing policies, unable to quote prices at drop off and didn’t know what discounts were available. Poorly trained staff. Will not be a returning customer.
You were able to get the chocolate stain out of my husband’s white polo shirt.
I tried to iron my white pantsuit the iron dropped a rust stain on it. You got the stain out!
Dropped of an Afghan and a quilt because you sent me a 25% off coupon...unable to honor it...very disappointed. Prior to reloading to area, we used Tide cleaners in Cincinnati. Noticed they are now close by.... May have to give them a try. Easier to retain customers than acquire new ones...just sayin’
