After using your services for the 1st time recently, you sent me a "gift" of $5 off dry cleaning. So I brought in a shirt and confirmed with the clerk that I had $5 gift certificate. When I picked up my shirt today, I was charged $4.05. The clerk said the gift cert. was only good for dry cleaning and not shirts. I guess I assumed that your gift was for any services that you offered. Very disappointed!

I dropped off a one piece heavy sliding door drape last week and was told to come in Wednesday. When I came back they couldn’t find it. They found it at the plant and it hadn’t been cleaned. I was told they would clean it and deliver it the next day. The next day I was called, and they said they wouldn’t clean it because they thought the backing would melt. Your company wouldn’t let me use the coupons that you sent me because I forgot to use them when I dropped off my order earlier in the week. Your prices are high to begin with. I will never use your company again, you have lost a customer in me.

They keep taking down my review, but this cleaners cheated me.
On 12/21/21 my husband took in 10 tablecloths from our church to be cleaned. We have a budget at our church so my husband asked what the price would be. The lady at the counter said she did not know bc she needed to first check the footage of the tablecloths and would let him know. We get a call a few days later saying they were cleaned and the total would be $220!!!!
