The wash-and-fold quality has declined significantly since the big change. The items are not folded correctly as before, resulting in many wrinkles. This is especially frustrating, as the price went up by about $ 20. For a 50% price increase, the quality should not be dropping like that—an extremely poor experience.

I needed to get my feather pillows dry cleaned (dry clean only) I made sure she knew they are to be dry cleaned only (the tag said dry clean only) when I picked them up they were and still is wet (damp) whom ever done them steamed them. Now they are stinky. I complained about them being wet. They told to put them in the dryer. DRY CLEAN ONLY! What’s so hard about that?

My living room drapes were damaged in your cleaning process. I was told to bring in my receipt for purchasing new drapes, which i did, but havent heard anything back about when i will receive compensation .

1). Not only did you tear a belt loop in half on my good jeans a white 1-1/2” stain is on the front of the right leg. 2). Today I got out a pair of summer pants that you dry cleaned last fall and they have what are obviously drips on the front right leg - probably food droppings I imagine. Also near the bottom of the leg there is a dark one inch mark. In addition last winter’s water I had dry cleaned had a spot on the front. Yesterday I got my Jean trousers out to wear for the first time since you dry cleaned them. One of the belt loops was ripped off. It was still sewn on at each end, but the center was ripped off with frayed pieces at the sewn on ends. I have never worn a belt with these Jean trousers and was dismayed that I was not told. You should have reported this damage and then taken the ends off of the trousers. As it is these stubs are an eyesore. I am very unhappy with Classic Cleaners. Had a rug cleaned. Still see the stain and still smells. Had high hopes it would come out much better after reading on your website what the rug cleaning process entails.
