Nice and clean. Your prices are 3x what I paid in Chicago for better quality work. Your staff is great and friendly, but the price point feels unjustifiable.
The sleeve of my best white dress shirt came back with a spot stain that was not previously there. First time I’ve had this type of issue before but still very disappointing.
We have done business with Classic Cleaners for well over 10 years. The personnel at their Indy location on 62nd and Keystone were professional, reliable and friendly. I brought a windbreaker in 6 weeks ago to be DRY CLEANED @ your Allisonville Rd. & 62nd St. location.....as the CARE TAG clearly indicated. Classic Cleaners threw it into a WASHING MACHINE. And Charged me $15.00 + Please remove my email address from your records. Thank You.
$290.00 to clean a rug that cost $60.00!!! Im sure you could tell that it's not some handmade special rug. That price is unreasonable for anything. (Ticket #12-904028) I would like to see some type of refund for this if you want me to remain a customer
Attempted to drop off one shirt this afternoon. The front desk person was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. A number of customers (4) waited as I did. When she finally got off the phone was so rude. Would not check in my one piece but told me, rather rudely) I had to use the kiosk. Which I was never asked to do before. Service was rude and I will not be back.
After using your services for the 1st time recently, you sent me a "gift" of $5 off dry cleaning. So I brought in a shirt and confirmed with the clerk that I had $5 gift certificate. When I picked up my shirt today, I was charged $4.05. The clerk said the gift cert. was only good for dry cleaning and not shirts. I guess I assumed that your gift was for any services that you offered. Very disappointed!
I dropped off a one piece heavy sliding door drape last week and was told to come in Wednesday. When I came back they couldn’t find it. They found it at the plant and it hadn’t been cleaned. I was told they would clean it and deliver it the next day. The next day I was called, and they said they wouldn’t clean it because they thought the backing would melt.
