Employees are extremely friendly. Unfortunately the shoe repair ended up costing twice what was quoted and took an extra few days to deliver...repair was exactly what stated. Frustrating.
You lost or shrunk my $450 comforter.
The customer service is nice however they refused to clean 2 of the last 4 garments I've brought in. So I've had a very low success rate if actually getting my garments clean. I will have to find an alternative place to go.
We brought in a Carhartt work coat that had a run in with a ruptured hydraulic line. It was literally covered in oil. Thought it was a lost cause for sure, but to our surprise it came back looking like an almost new coat!
Dear City Cleaners, We have been customers for 5 1/2 years. We believe in the quality of the dry cleaning service provided by City. Unfortunately, for the second time in the two months that we have used the laundry service, in addition to the dry cleaning service, our laundry was not returned to us. This time, it is a set of white sheets and 2 pillow cases that were not returned. Willow was a very cheerful, pleasant young lady with a smile that lightens-up the room. She tries to be as helpful as possible putting your specific desires of how you wish your clothes to be cleaned and pressed. My family and I have been customers of City Cleaners forever when they were on Wolf Ledges & Arlington. Glad they are so close.
This was not my first visit! I've been coming for years, just not regularly.
