Your store attendants are always ver friendly and efficient. Dry cleaning is always ready on or before promise date. A suggestion: research for new approaches to cleaning men's dress collars. It seems normal dry cleaning methods don't always get white collars white, but scrubbing frays the edge.

As usual, I think that City Cleaners staff, especially, from the desk customer service ,exemplify the behaviors that ANY customer service employees should have. My clothes always smell good,( no residual cleaning odors. You guys are very good. Price wise, I could probably do better, but Not for the service that you give.

I went to my "regular dry cleaners" and needing a dress pressed. They could not do it in the time fre I needed. I went to City Cleaners - I never went there before. They did it within a few hours. I now have a new "regular dry cleaners." City Cleaners. Thank you.

I will not be returning as your pricing is ridiculous. I am appalled at how much I had to pay for my first time using your service. The fact that the associate could not tell me how much each piece cost as it was 'determined based on the piece' or some nonsense appeared dishonest. I had one of the pieces I dropped off cleaned previously for $2 but it cost $12 to have it cleaned at your facility- it's a small sundress! Overall, I have had a good experience. My one comment is to always leave the same number of replacement bags equal to the number that you take so that customers don't run short.

My husband wears a suit and tie to work every day. Since he is a banker he attends board meetings and must look professional. He likes his shirts starched with no creases on the cuffs and his collars folded at the crease. He has always used medium starch but his shirts are coming back with what he calls partial starch and some creases in the cuffs. I struggle to think of anywhere that has the quality of customer service that City Cleaners has. In today's world, it's a marvel that you've been able to create quality service by quality people and sustain it such that it becomes the expected, relied upon, and reason for customer loyalty. I wish there was another way we could contribute our gratitude beyond just being patrons. I was very disappointed by the sticker shock, when I was told that my dry cleaning for 26 pcs. Was around $119.00. I also had two coupons for 12 of the pcs. Men's laundered dress shirts @ $1.99 each, the other coupon was for 25% off of the entire order. Can't imagine how much the total would have been without the discounts.... City laundry claims that they know they are pricey, but they do a good job....well I am sure I will be ble to find someone else that will do just as good of a job, without Robbing me blind...I actua... read more
