There is no rating because I was very disappoint in this dry cleaner. This was my first time drop off two coats on Oct30 2015. To be pick up on Nov 1 after 3:30 pm. When I arrive to get coats at 5:15 pm. The coats where not cleaned or press at all. When asked why I was told that I could leave them and they would be recleaned. I need both coats to take out of town. So could not leave. Young lady at counter was very unhelpful.
I have not been in City Cleaners in over a year. What "recent visit" would you like me to review?
Felt the price was a little high, 30.00 for two coats to be cleaned plus tax
Had 2 suits dry cleaned and one suit top was not pressed well at all. A little pricier (even with a coupon) than a few other locations as well. Was not impressed and probably won't be back.
The dry cleaning services are excellent. However, I had a problem with a specialty item. I asked if they could dry clean a woman's top with a v neck beaded collar and some specialty fibers. The counter assistant said they would take special care of it and could clean it without any damage. When I got it back much of the beading was missing and the fabric damaged. The supervisor said they did nothing wrong and refused to reimburse me for the blouse. I am no longer a customer.
You don't not protect your clients personal address, phone number or contact information. Anyone can drop off and pick up items without proper ID. I have been your customer.
Found it to be a little more expensive than I thought it would be 30.00 plus tax for two coats
Most of my experiences have been great. I had one problem about a month or so ago. I brought in a comforter, curtains, pillow shams. The pillow shams were not acceptable. The trim had been shrunk. I took them back, they tried to fix them. When I went to pick them up, the girl working said they were unacceptable to her also. She said a manager would contact me. I have never heard from anyone.
Overall decent experience. I was a little disappointed however that the spots I pointed out on a jersey that I had cleaned didn't appear to be addressed. I noticed this when I got home and didn't have the time to run this item back to inquire. The white jersey had a red color rubbed on the material due to a red shirt I wore under the jersey. The other jersey and sport coat that were cleaned came out well. The employees I dealt with were pleasant.
