Nothing to improve upon. You sometimes forget the importance of customer service & friendliness until you go to a place that is terrible or go to a place that is great & understands how to treat a guest. City cleaners is the latter.
I've emailed twice about an issue I had and no one has responded. I decided to go back to giant eagle dry cleaning since they have addressed concerns with my orders in the past. Even as a large corporation, they returned my emails...
In the last few deliveries, 2 shirts had holes from heat and dry cleaning and several shirts had collars with creases and folds that were carelessly ironed. Quality is suffering and care is not being taken with expensive clothes.
Clothes were ready when promised .
Arrogant and lazy, I've tried it many times due to the close proximity to me. They make no effort with stain removals but when I tried another dry cleaners they managed to remove without any fuss
