You just do an excellent job
Coupons were not properly applied. Men’s Shirts were charged at $5.99 instead of the regular rates. Credit card was overly charged because we were on a home delivery schedule. Laundry was not fresh smelling. Will go back to champlin’s.

This message is in response to an email I received from City Cleaners. The email feedback If I was unhappy with the service because I had not patronize the establishment in several months. Sorry we are out of town.
i always come to you guys to get my work pants altered...this last time you guys told me to come pick up my work scrubs they were done..i pick them up took them home...3 pair of scrubs work pants and they had not been alter. i paid the money but you guys lied they are the same lenght. this is wrong and unacceptable..

I had 4 shirts cleaned & pressed. That cost a lot about $27 & the shirts were wrinkly. I was not pleased.

As usual, I received excellent service. The desk employee was especially friendly and cooperative in helping me to make the best possible use of two available discounts I had acquired. I greatly appreciated the savings I received as well as the fine work done on my cleaning!
I came back to City Cleaners after going to aanother Cleaners and was not happy .This time after getting my uniforn back I had to re wash my uniform Shirt due to it not being cleaning properly and having spots that wasnt on the Shirt when I brought it in to be cleaned in the first place. Great Customer Service but for the price and the unsatisfactory job that was done on my uniform I will never go back again.

It was nice to have my cloths ready for pick up the next day. It was also nice to receive a text to advise that my cloths were ready. However, I was charged $12 to clean my kids uniform and it was dirty when I picked it up. There were no stains or tough to remove marks on it just plain ol’ playground dirt and I got it back in the same condition. I had to throw it in the washing machine to get the grime out. $12 bucks wasted, wont be returning.
