I was there for almost 20 minutes because two of the four items I was picking up were misplaced and they couldn't be located in the store. It was a little frustrating because there was only 1 employee there at the time and 6 customers. All were waiting for the employee to find my items. Other than that, experience has been good so far.

I must've fallen & hit my head to come back there & get financially raped. I've never paid more in my entire life for dry cleaning. I paid almost 90 dollars with a coupon, no less, for less than 10 items. Two items were repairs, but my God, your prices are beyond exuberant. I'd been taking my clothes to Budget Cleaners on Waterloo because they're so cheap, but had wanted to stay away from that neighborhood because of the crime...the last time I picked my clothes up there, the facility smelled like someone had crapped thems... read more

Went to city cleaners to get a stain out of a white sweater. Got it back and the stain was still there and the white sweater was yellowed. Washed it after on my own and did a better job. Will never go back. Big waste of money. They did nothing for me.

Happy with service but not happy at all with price. Don't have receipt with me. I had 8 items and 2 of the pants I was charged about $16 each.

I complained to your clerk that my cream suit top was not pressed properly and was totally ignored. So I brought it home & pressed it myself.

I'm only giving one star because at least the sport coat I took in was dry cleaned. Plus the staff was friendly and helpful. First I asked the employee before I left after droppin off the coat how much it would be. I was told 7.50. Well when I goto pick it up I was told it was 20.02. How can a price jump from 7.50 to 20.02. Also I wanted 2 buttons one moved over and another replaced. When I get home and look at the coat it was not done. It had a safety pin wear the button I wanted replaced was. I called the store and they ... read more
