I needed a coat cleaned and had never used a dry cleaner before so I asked for recommendations from a few friends and without hesitation, they all said “City Cleaners”. Well I took my coat in and was left with a white coating all over my plum colored coat. They did this twice. I was told someone would contact me to further discuss how to fix my coat that is now covered in this white substance. No one EVER called. Not even after I called the cleaners back myself. Horrible first time experience!

My last order was not cleaned properly. I did NOT GET ALL MY CLOTHES BACK. I received Someone else’s laundry. Bonnie was quick to come to pick up that laundry, but has no explanation about where MY ORDER is. I PAID for my entire order, but to date, no follow up. Requested laundry bags - no response. Now I won’t need them. I ‘m going to find another cleaner. Disappointed. Ms Kaminsky

City Cleaners has been our Laundry/Dry Cleaner for many years. Your staff is always professionally friendly over these many years. We have never had any reason to be disappointed in you services. Thank you!
