My clothes came back with an iron burn that went all the way through the fabric. They did not even let me know that they had burnt my clothes when I went to pick them up. I am extremely disappointed as I entrusted them with a very expensive suit. I will not be going back.
I brought some true religion jeans in that were black when I drop them off and they were charcoal gray when I pick them up and nobody wants to refund me for my pants that got destroyed true religion jeans cost around 200 bucks 😡
Brought in a pair of pants with two stains. The stains were not removed so I am unsure why you proceeded to complete dry cleaning them and charging me full price.
I had 9 items that totaled to $95.20. I thought it was a typo when I read my text message.
After all of the years I have been a frequent customer at City Cleaners I feel that it is on a decline as far as communication with its customers! I was in this last month and brought an item that was clearly labeled "DRY CLEAN ONLY" and was taken with an order I dropped off to find out a brief time later with a call from the manager that it was unable to be cleaned due to the embellishments on the garment! The staff are kind enough, but mu suit still smells and I don’t have time to take it back. I have a wedding and I have to find a way to get rid of the odor. So overall I just have a suit that looks clean but still smells. I might have been better off doing something different.
Kept us informed about status of our dry cleaning
This is at least the 5th time I have sent my order in with a coupon and the discount wasn’t applied. We do a great deal of business with City Cleaners and have probably been charged at least $150 extra with the missed discounts.
Would like to see the laundromat money card available for use to pay for dry cleaning I have a remaining balance
