Always friendly and happy I enjoy coming to City Cleaners great service and very happy with the the cleaning
I love using your email system so that my clothes are waiting on the rack when I get there. Coupled with having a credit card on file I am out the door in seconds.
As always, I was warmly greeted and promptly assisted. Staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly.
My experience has always been excellent and the costomer service is the best.
Quality service every time, on-time.
You didn't pick up my bag Friday and didn't dr0p off another bag as i asked Usually you are 4 star

In my last order, I had a jacket that needed to be cleaned and pressed. When I went to wear it to a business meeting, I pulled off the plastic and the jacket was a mess!!! Clearly, it was not at all pressed so I have no idea if it was cleaned. With the prices you charge, you'd think you would at least do your job! This made me late for a meeting.
