Door to door service is great I, don’t have to lug dry cleaning anywhere they just come pick it up and bring it back every week. Everything is nicely pressed, the cleaning solution doesn’t stink and is pleasant.
I gave to brand name men tops Versace & Philip plan I mentioned to that guy these are expensive And told me we are familiar to these brand. But yesterday I picked them up me & my husband were very upset unfortunately they dry cleaning in very low quality with this brand shirts . Both shirts in not good. Thanks
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. $35 to dry clean a short sleeved dress that’s crazy. And a basic woman’s long sleeved shirt was $20. You are literally x2 the price of anywhere else I’ve gone in the last

Brought in 2 shirts to dry clean - nothing fancy just simple shirts - Bill was $35 - $17 a piece!! Unbelievable - felt absolutely taken to the cleaners! Never again at your establishment.

It was my first time using their service, and upon dropping off my dry cleaning I specifically asked when it would be ready as it would determine whether I would use their service. I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning on the specified day and time, only to tell me that it was not ready. When items are time sensitive, I expect it to be delivered on time, especially when I asked for the pick up day and time. Unfortunately I will not be using their services in the future.
Couldn’t clean my item but charged for it, wasn’t upfront about cost, no communication
No issues. Got a receipt emailed to me but they sent me no email when it was ready to pick up, that is my only complaint.
