It was about twice as expensive as the already expensive competition. Even with 20% off, my husband's blazer was more expensive and my (short) coat was $50. When I questioned the cost, because it was about the same length as a blazer, I was told there was hand finishing to "remove pills". There were no pills when I took the coat in. I definitely won't be back; please remove me from your contact list.

I had a stain on my dress and that was a purpose of getting it dry cleaned. They couldn’t take the stain off but give me a nominal discount. I still ended up paying $22 for dry cleaning with stain remained on dress.

I came to your shop when my cleaner shut down after 25 years. I am a long term client to any place I go, but your rates are 3 something 4 times above average. I paid $22 for a crop pant and yet other places charge me $6 for it. I am sorry but I don’t understand why your prices are so high.

Brought leather jacket in with odour. Dropped in to see Cam but wasn’t in. Was told when he would be in but when I came back, no Cam. Wife I’ll so understandable. Phoned to see when in, came back in but again, not in. Left jacket. Received call from Female with options. Next day I came in to pick up jacket but not there! Wow! Was told they would call as soon as it was back. No one called! I dropped in while shopping at Park Royal, picked it up. You tell me what your opinion is of hue service was!?
I had 2 dress shirts and 1 pair of pant, the cost was $44, double the price if shirtland on Powell st

Door to door service is great I, don’t have to lug dry cleaning anywhere they just come pick it up and bring it back every week. Everything is nicely pressed, the cleaning solution doesn’t stink and is pleasant.
