In 1950, Carousel Cleaners was established as a founding tenant of West Vancouver’s Park Royal Centre. Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Serving our clients and our community is a privilege Carousel has been pleased to pursue for over sixty years.

I brought a very expensive Lanvin tuxedo blouse in and it was completely destroyed. I received it back with no comment. I asked that you send it to the head office and that the manager call me, but never heard back ...
The repair on one of my pants is horrible. Looks worse than had I just left it as it was... What was a small whole before is now a very obvious patch 5 x the size of the whole.
For years I have been going to a sullen dry cleaner who makes me feel uncomfortable as if I am intruding on him every time I step inside his shop. The only positive thing about his establishment is that it was close to my home. I finally couldn't stand it any more and searched Google for a dry cleaner that, while perhaps not so convenient, might at least be tolerable to deal with. I took a ski jacket to remove the black stains from all in front and the sleeves When I picked up the jacket the front part was gone but the sleeves were still full with those stains So I asked to clean it ,because all the stains were the same ,so either should be removed all or nothing . The day before pick up ,I did call and asked did you washed it again to see the stains from sleeves can be remove or not !? She said yes But hunestly ,I don't think so . Staff was great, they told me what to do next time to make sure a stain doesn't worse or set before I get it to Carousel.
1) The coffee stain on my dress was not removed. 2) the cost was outrageous. $210. 3) I called at 4 pm and stated that I will be in meetings at the hospital later than usual and asked if I could have my items delivered. I was informed that the delivery drivers have all gone home for the day. I then asked what time the store closed and was informed 6:30p.m however, are often there a little after closing hours. I brought in one men's 2-piece suit and my 11 yr old daughters 2-piece dress (chemise and overdress). The suit was returned with buttons missing from one sleeve (didn't notice until it was home and looked at a few days later) and the dress cleaning cost as much as the dress was purchased for ($65). I would consider using the service again for suits (being sure to check the buttons before leaving) but not for children's dresses!
