I’ve been a loyal customer at Carrousel Cleaners for years, regularly bringing in large amounts of clothing for cleaning. Recently, I brought in a big order worth nearly $400, which included an expensive cashmere shirt that cost me over a couple hundred dollars. When I went to pick everything up, the shirt was missing. It is almost the sixth time that I visited this dry cleaner shop. All six times I was unsatisfied for the job they did and the cost! All these times I was busy enough not to complain . Now, it is time to tell the truth about this shop . All items I gave them to clean were not completely cleaned and freed from simple stains!
