Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. I had a stain on my dress and that was a purpose of getting it dry cleaned. They couldn’t take the stain off but give me a nominal discount. I still ended up paying $22 for dry cleaning with stain remained on dress.
Respond when I ask about my leather jacket which you have had since January.
I came to your shop when my cleaner shut down after 25 years. I am a long term client to any place I go, but your rates are 3 something 4 times above average. I paid $22 for a crop pant and yet other places charge me $6 for it. I am sorry but I don’t understand why your prices are so high.
Brought leather jacket in with odour. Dropped in to see Cam but wasn’t in. Was told when he would be in but when I came back, no Cam. Wife I’ll so understandable. Phoned to see when in, came back in but again, not in. Left jacket. Received call from Female with options. Next day I came in to pick up jacket but not there! Wow! Was told they would call as soon as it was back. No one called! I dropped in while shopping at Park Royal, picked it up. You tell me what your opinion is of hue service was!?
I had 2 dress shirts and 1 pair of pant, the cost was $44, double the price if shirtland on Powell st

Door to door service is great I, don’t have to lug dry cleaning anywhere they just come pick it up and bring it back every week. Everything is nicely pressed, the cleaning solution doesn’t stink and is pleasant.
I gave to brand name men tops Versace & Philip plan I mentioned to that guy these are expensive And told me we are familiar to these brand. But yesterday I picked them up me & my husband were very upset unfortunately they dry cleaning in very low quality with this brand shirts . Both shirts in not good. Thanks
