Brought in 2 shirts to dry clean - nothing fancy just simple shirts - Bill was $35 - $17 a piece!! Unbelievable - felt absolutely taken to the cleaners! Never again at your establishment.

It was my first time using their service, and upon dropping off my dry cleaning I specifically asked when it would be ready as it would determine whether I would use their service. I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning on the specified day and time, only to tell me that it was not ready. When items are time sensitive, I expect it to be delivered on time, especially when I asked for the pick up day and time. Unfortunately I will not be using their services in the future.
Couldn’t clean my item but charged for it, wasn’t upfront about cost, no communication
No issues. Got a receipt emailed to me but they sent me no email when it was ready to pick up, that is my only complaint.

Service was good but was shocked with the price. Since you are significantly, substantially higher priced than anywhere else I have ever been, there should be note of this somewhere (especially for first time customers). Your staff tried to explain (green, good quality, etc.) but a little too late when getting a bill for $146 for 7 pieces (3 pants, 3 shirts and 1 dress). Quite disappointed.

My jacket wasn’t clean and the front desk employee had a bad attitude. She said, ‘I don’t know how long this has been dirty!’ Terribly disappointed. A wasted $20.00.
