In 1950, Carousel Cleaners was established as a founding tenant of West Vancouver’s Park Royal Centre. Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Serving our clients and our community is a privilege Carousel has been pleased to pursue for over sixty years.

My jacket wasn’t clean and the front desk employee had a bad attitude. She said, ‘I don’t know how long this has been dirty!’ Terribly disappointed. A wasted $20.00.
Unfortunately our suit jackets were very poorly pressed.

It is dissapointing to constantly see the apology tags on my items and then you proceed to charge me to clean for what you could not do ???

Two pair of trousers came back nicely pressed and a couple of "soup spots" gone completly
I commute all the way from Coquitlam to your location (currently with a 6-month old baby even) because I have received good service while living on the North Shore. This time I dropped off a skirt and jacket to have stains removed. The skirt was returned with no change to the stain and I realized later I was still charged for it. I called the store and I was told I could have left it for a second attempt (I was never given that option in the store). I had 4 pieces cleaned amd my bill was 74 dollars...seems very expensive so I will try another cleaner next time.
