Employee couldn’t figure out how to update my new credit card expiry in your system. What a waste of time.

It is almost the sixth time that I visited this dry cleaner shop. All six times I was unsatisfied for the job they did and the cost! All these times I was busy enough not to complain . Now, it is time to tell the truth about this shop . All items I gave them to clean were not completely cleaned and freed from simple stains! The prices they asked for a simple job were unbelievably high! My last item was a very ordinary rain coat , simple and light weight with small dark spots due to being light color, it was showing. I brought in a small sheepskin rug to be cleaned. It had construction dust in it and had yellowed quite a bit over time. It was sent back east to be cleaned but returned with a shaggy dreadlock look. It looked awful. Carousel Cleaners took the time to brush it all out and it looked beautiful! Even the yellow colour had dissipated. It looked almost like new! I’m very happy.

I have been coming here for years (when it was Tuesdays), and they always provided a volume discount for the number of items I brought in. On the last two visits under Carousel, I requested a discount ( 17 items the first time and just recently 25) They will not provide any discount at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. No leniency whatsoever on big orders?

Please stop sending me emails. When I need dry cleaning done, I will be in touch with you. Otherwise I am not interested in promotions, daily emails, etc. I know where you are located and I know how to read information about your service. I will never have anything to do with social media. I had been going to you for about a year. I knew your service was expensive, so only took my designer or higher end garments. However, at my last visit I was informed a scarf was considered to be Burberry, when in fact it was a fake. You charged me $44 to clean. I mentioned to the lady that she should have asked me whether I wanted to spend that much BEFORE being cleaned and charged.

We have been with Tuesdays Dry Cleaning for many years. We had a 20% discount and spent major money last year. (Jillian Dixon Boxer & Morris Ergas). You can look up our account. We were told that our discount would still apply with new changes. Without notice, new management or ownership came in, increased all prices dramatically, dropped our discount and now offer slower turn around times. INCONSISTENT QUALITY. I recently had a good quality trench quote returned with multiple buttons missing and damaged fabric. Not worth the prices that they charge!
