We recently had several curtains shortened & cleaned. Service was excellent - Cam came to the apartment on time as arranged to remove the curtains & came again, also right on time, to put them back up. We are very pleased with the work done.
Carousel Cleaners is by far one of the best dry cleaners. Care is taken to explain the services and what to expect if there are difficult stains needing attention. Expectations are exceeded as the team does everything possible to perfect one's clothing back to original state. It is also always a pleasure speaking with the team at Carousel.
Excellent cleaning and great pickup/drop off service. Recently have had shirts come back without buttons. A nice service would be to sew them back on or pin them to the shirt so they could be sewn back on when returned.
Perfect delivery system, great steaming, pleasant customer service and GREAT candies on the front desk.
I find the delivery service indispensable as I travel frequently and would not have clothes when I need them
Great service and staff , a little bit pricy compare the other ones but will be recommended.
Always very positive and the staff is very friendly. I have never had anything but great service. This is the only dry cleaner I trust.
I am very satisfied with the team work in the Carousel Cleaner. the receptionist and driver are very friendly and helpful. thank you all
Great great service! I love not having to pop into the store for drop off and pick up! (especially when it is raining!). I've had this service for a couple of years now and I'm hooked! Congratultions on delivering super customer service. Happy 2015
