We are very pleased with the pick-up/delivery service. The shirt laundering service is excellent.
Very good cleaners. It's great to have a pick up and delivery service option.
My last visit was very positive, as almost every one is. I find all the staff, without exception, to be friendly, courteous and efficient, each time I go there.
Consistent quality cleaning and delivery times. Very good and positive person on the order desk/call centre as well. There has been only one time in 2 years when a delivery was missed and the young lady on the line at the call centre had it delivered that day within 2 hours! Excellent handling of a problem!
We recently had several curtains shortened & cleaned. Service was excellent - Cam came to the apartment on time as arranged to remove the curtains & came again, also right on time, to put them back up. We are very pleased with the work done.
Carousel Cleaners is by far one of the best dry cleaners. Care is taken to explain the services and what to expect if there are difficult stains needing attention. Expectations are exceeded as the team does everything possible to perfect one's clothing back to original state. It is also always a pleasure speaking with the team at Carousel.
Excellent cleaning and great pickup/drop off service. Recently have had shirts come back without buttons. A nice service would be to sew them back on or pin them to the shirt so they could be sewn back on when returned.
Perfect delivery system, great steaming, pleasant customer service and GREAT candies on the front desk.
I find the delivery service indispensable as I travel frequently and would not have clothes when I need them
