I have used your services for a few years now and have always had a good experience. However, I have been trying to find out the status of our duvet which you have had for over a month but to no avail. I have called 3 times in the past 3 weeks about it. First when it didn't get delivered with the item it was picked up with. I was assured that duvets take a bit longer and it would come the following week. I took in five items - three dresses (one totally plain, one silk and one long) and two very plain skirts. My bill was $147. Surcharges on every item for the type of fabric and I was charged for a sixth item for the lining of my dress! I spend a fortune on my clothing so look for a high quality dry cleaner but nothing justifies that amount. I won't be returning.

I sent an email on Tuesday, Sept 8 asking why my order was not delivered and it is Thursday, Sept 10 and still no response. Not good service.

Too expensive. Far more expensive than what I'm used to for dry cleaning. I won't come back.

I brought my daughters prom dress in for cleaning on a Thursday. I was told it would take a week as we needed it also to be hemmed. I was told it would be dry cleaned first. I got a call a week later to say it wasn't back yet and when did I need it. I said by Monday at the very latest. I then get a call to say it was back and could pick it up. I went there on Saturday (9 days after first bringing it in). I was told that it was not drycleaned and did I want it sent out. I said no, not at this point as I wasn't confident that... read more

I called Cam to get a coat re-done and asked about two other things. First - thanks for redoing the coat. The smell seems to be gone now. I did ask about a mystery bag that was dropped off at our place though and Cam explained we should have two bags but one had the wrong name so that would be corrected. It was not. I also asked for a hanger recycling box (the 2nd time asking actually). I didn't get one.

A good idea for people that do a lot of dry cleaning. However, we don't. My first item was supposed to be a free one, or so the nice gentleman who came to our door declared. However, I got a bill for $15.00 after it was delivered back to me. Thought this was a bit excessive for one poncho. However, will pay it. I don't think we use a dry cleaners enough to justify an ongoing relationship with you. Will leave the bags, etc. outside the pickup and delivery area for the gentleman to retrieve.

No, I was not happy with the service. My silk blouse did not lay flat near the collar and top button. While I appreciate that the owner was willing to do it over, it is really is about my time as well. I had to ask for it to be delivered and when it was, the blouse looked exactly the same. I steamed it a little and that took care of the problem.
