I had splashed soup all over my down vest which required dry cleaning. The cleaning was done quickly but more importantly the stains were removed. 5star.

The store was not open during the hours that they indicated. There was no contact number on the door. When I finally picked up my clothes (two days later when it was actually open) they indicated it was my fault that I did not know they were not open on Saturday despite the signs on the front door.

I thought the staff were very friendly, a bit surprised how expensive it was compared to others in the neighborhood, but very disappointed when I went to put on my pressed shirt and it was still wet... even if I'd been told when i picked it up that would have been better then being at work, putting on a nicely, expensive pressed dress shirt only to find the collar and cuffs uncomfortably wet.

I have used your services for a few years now and have always had a good experience. However, I have been trying to find out the status of our duvet which you have had for over a month but to no avail. I have called 3 times in the past 3 weeks about it. First when it didn't get delivered with the item it was picked up with. I was assured that duvets take a bit longer and it would come the following week. I took in five items - three dresses (one totally plain, one silk and one long) and two very plain skirts. My bill was $147. Surcharges on every item for the type of fabric and I was charged for a sixth item for the lining of my dress! I spend a fortune on my clothing so look for a high quality dry cleaner but nothing justifies that amount. I won't be returning.

I sent an email on Tuesday, Sept 8 asking why my order was not delivered and it is Thursday, Sept 10 and still no response. Not good service.

Too expensive. Far more expensive than what I'm used to for dry cleaning. I won't come back.

I brought my daughters prom dress in for cleaning on a Thursday. I was told it would take a week as we needed it also to be hemmed. I was told it would be dry cleaned first. I got a call a week later to say it wasn't back yet and when did I need it. I said by Monday at the very latest. I then get a call to say it was back and could pick it up.
